Reward your tired and aching muscles for the effort they have made. Our muscle magic formula will dissolve away the pain so you can continue powering through and improving your performance or simply recover from a hard days work. Excellent for relieving sore backs.
Epsom Salt has wonderful anti-inflammatory properties, it improves blood circulation and helps joint tissues while the Sodium Bicarbonate when added to your bath, will relax aching muscles by neutralising lactic acid in the muscles as well as soften your skin. Now the magic that you won’t find in other blends, is Bentonite Clay which draws excess hydrogen from cells, and in so doing provides a space for oxygen to occupy cells which results in improved energy, and muscle recovery during & after exercise.
The jojoba oil will soothe any dry skin, especially from chaffing and chapping. Look for scented and unscented options.
Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate & Bentonite Clay. Jojoba oil and essential or fragrance oil.
Directions: For the best result, sprinkle the entire contents into the bath under the running water as you fill your bath with warm water. Add the jojoba and scent to the bath before you get in. You can use it separately if you prefer not to bathe in it. A bath that is too hot can deplete you. 20 mins is the ideal length to soak. Remember to drink plenty of water.

All soaps weigh between 125 - 140g. The variation is due to the hand cutting and the curing processes.
The goats milk with honey and oats are made in a different mould so they do not need to be cut. This is due to the addition of fine oats which can make hand cutting more difficult.
